Literacy Services - ESL & ABE
The Kenosha Literacy Council provides both ESL (English as a Second Language) and ABE (Adult Basic Education) educational services:
- ESL (English as a Second Language) services are for learners whose native language is not English. ESL is also known as ELL (English Literacy Learner).
- ABE (Adult Basic Education) services are for native-English speaking adults who want to improve their reading, writing, and math skills.
