There are many reasons for improving your literacy skills:
  • Several students decide to study for their GED.
  • A number of our students want to get a job or get a better job.
  • Many businesses give a reading and math test before hiring a prospective employee.
  • The employer needs workers who are capable of reading at or above a high school level.
  • Some people decide they wish to do into a new field and must improve their skills.
  • Several come to the United States for a better life and wish to learn English in order to obtain a job that provides a livable wage.
  • When students improve their literacy skills more life choices are available.
